- Get up a little earlier and go for a walk.
- Plan a healthy breakfast and lunch.
- Cut each of your meals in half.
- Take the stairs and park a little father away.
- Stand and stretch every hour of work for 2 minutes.
- Eat fruits, veggies and Chick, Fish or steak; skip instant foods.
- Avoid sauces, butter and condiments on your food.
- Shake the salt shaker less and use 2 spoons of sugar instead of 4.
- Get up and move between commercials on TV.
- Do half of everything bad and double of everything good for you.
