Stay Healthy

  • Get up a little earlier and go for a walk.
  • Plan a healthy breakfast and lunch.
  • Cut each of your meals in half.
  • Take the stairs and park a little father away.
  • Stand and stretch every hour of work for 2 minutes.
  • Eat fruits, veggies and Chick, Fish or steak; skip instant foods.
  • Avoid sauces, butter and condiments on your food.
  • Shake the salt shaker less and use 2 spoons of sugar instead of 4.
  • Get up and move between commercials on TV.
  • Do half of everything bad and double of everything good for you.
